After 1 year and winning 3d place in SFC '07 we finally won another event after a long time - the IU freeze tag league! It was played on iufreeze.cfg,a copy of ultra freeze tag league config settings basically,with only rail and gauntlet available,and a 1.5s rail reload time. Suffering 2 losses during the event we won it eventually after some hard matches. Hyper,drt and c4 were well prepared and made this event very interesting. On the last final match Hyper played their map very well,threatening all the time,taking a fast lead in the beginning of 4:1,which we responded to by putting Memphis in fire,which turned out to be a good move. Once again congratz to memphis for winning his first trophy with us and proving over and over to be a solid replacament for currently inactive Larry.
We turn to sfc '08 now and coming back to plus.cfg after almost half year of total inactivity in that config. Can we get back in shape in plus.cfg fast,since SFC allready started? Lets wait and see! GL&HF to participants of this event!  |
